‘Be curious, be smart’ – 15th February 7 p.m.
Curiosity is at the very heart of learning and in a world of technology the pace of life has changed. Our classes need to be even more engaging for students of the 21st Century. We will look at how we can ignite that initial spark of curiosity in our students through exciting and clearly presented content encouraging our students to investigate, think and learn.
Rachel Jeffries started her teaching career in 2008 as a secondary teacher of Drama in the UK, later moving into the world of ELT. She has experience in teaching a wide range of nationalities, in various countries including Italy, Australia and Spain and all ages from pre-primary to adults. She holds the PGDE (Post Graduate Diploma in Education) and the DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Rachel is currently a Teacher Trainer at Cambridge University Press Iberia.
Mark Meredith began teaching English in Spain in 2010. He holds a Trinity DipTesol and is currently working as a Teacher Trainer for Cambridge University Press.
