We warmly invite you to join the 10th TEFL Conference – Literacies for a Changing World, taking place online on 6 and 7 November 2026, organised through CETAPS, NOVA FCSH.
The conference offers an opportunity to reflect on current challenges in English language teaching, discover classroom ideas, and engage with teachers, teacher educators and researchers from a range of contexts.
Topics include artificial intelligence and digital literacies, assessment and feedback, literature and picturebooks, inclusion, intercultural learning, and teacher professional development.
The programme features four keynote speakers, Mónica Lourenço, Simon Borg, Deniz Ortaçtepe Hart and Carlos Lindade, alongside parallel sessions connecting research with classroom practice.
Teachers can attend for accredited continuing professional development through two Ações de Curta Duração (ACD):
6 November: 6 hours
7 November: 5 hours
Registration is required to attend, including for those wishing to receive ACD accreditation. Please visit the conference website for registration details and further information about the programme.
Please share this invitation with friends and colleagues who may be interested.
We look forward to welcoming you online for two days of ideas sharing, discussion and professional learning.
